Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the a9today platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and a9today as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the a9today platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. a9today will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Users are not permitted to use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Any attempt to manipulate the system, software, or game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Users are not permitted to use automated software (bots) to access or interact with the platform.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform does not violate any applicable local laws.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
Currency
All transactions on the a9today platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required from Malaysian users. Deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in RM at every stage of the transaction.
Deposit
Deposits to your a9today account can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go. Deposits are typically processed almost instantly. a9today is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and confirmation of the user's bank account details. The account holder's name must match the name registered on the a9today account. a9today reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal. Processing times will vary depending on the chosen method and the receiving bank's policies.
Suspected Fraudulent Transactions
A9today reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or in breach of these terms while an investigation is carried out. Should fraud be confirmed, the accounts involved may be terminated and any associated balance may be withheld at the platform's discretion.
Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy
Platform Liability Limits
A9today is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
The a9today platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive to ensure continuous platform availability, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss under all circumstances.
Account Suspension & Closure
A9today reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any balance remaining in their account.
Account Closure at User Request
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the a9today support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable standard procedure, subject to the required verification.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the a9today platform, including logos, text, graphics, interface layouts, brand names, and the software used, is the property of a9today or parties that have licensed its use to us. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from a9today.

The a9today platform may from time to time contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that a9today endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
